Clients may cancel or reschedule consultations with at least 48 hours’ notice without charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be charged in full at the company’s discretion.

For pre-booked residential tutoring or consultancy programmes, deposits are non-refundable once scheduling and travel arrangements have been confirmed.

If Arvanitakis Jones OÜ is unable to deliver a confirmed service due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refunds, where applicable, are issued via the same payment method within 7 working days.
