These Terms govern the use of the Arvanitakis Jones OÜ website and consultancy services.

1. Services

Arvanitakis Jones OÜ provides educational consultancy, tutoring, and mentoring services.
Services are arranged following an initial consultation and written confirmation via email or invoice.

2. Payments

Payments are made in euros (€) via invoice or Wise payment link.
All invoices are issued by Arvanitakis Jones OÜ, Reg. No. 17322081, Tallinn, Estonia.
Payment must be made prior to or upon delivery of the agreed service.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are free of charge.
Cancellations made later may be charged in full.
Refunds, where approved, are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

4. Delivery

Services are provided digitally or in person, as specified in the written agreement.
Written materials and reports are delivered electronically to the client’s registered email address.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as strictly confidential.
Arvanitakis Jones OÜ complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Liability

Our advice and recommendations are based on experience and expertise but do not guarantee school admission outcomes.
The company accepts no liability for decisions made based on our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
